Cycle Music and Art Festival at Gerðarsafn

Cycle Music and Art Festival will take over Gerðarsafn, Kópavogur Art Museum in September. The opening will be at 20:00 today Friday 1 September. Programme of workshops, residencies, talks, film screenings, communal dinners, concerts, role-playing events, performances and art exhibitions will take place during the festival that is taking place for the third time. This years festival is based around the upcoming centenary of Icelandic sovereignty with focus on Greenland, the Faroe Islands, and Iceland and these countries' historical and current relations with Denmark.
