To help make your trip memorable, visit the official Tourist Information Centre, housed in a beautifully restored timber house on Adalstraeti.
Reykjavík Tourist Information Centre is manned by experienced and knowledgeable multi-lingual staff, on hand to assist with all types of visitor enquiry. Additional services include event information, accommodation bookings, attraction and tour bookings.
Once you’ve decided what to see, you’ll want to consider buying the Reykjavík Welcome Card, a cost-effective way of getting to know the city. Available for 24, 48 or 72 hours, the welcome card gives you free admission to all of Reykjavík’s thermal pools, museums and the Reykjavík Zoo and Family Park, the ferry to Viðey island as well as free transport with the city busses.
